Are you bogged down with receiving phone calls and emails that you then have to take the time to plug into your current platform giving up your valuable time that could be spent doing the things only you can do as a builder? Have a superintendent with the same issue?
      I might be able to help you. During the building of this information hub and after it is satisfactorily in place I will be the catch all for all the information that needs to be inputted for current status. So in other words when you get an email that your client has made selections you can just forward the email to me and I will input the information to the hub where it can then be seen by all parties needed and with access. Then later when you order the selections, send me a quick email with the order receipt attached and I will make notations of the order and fill in dates for estimated arrivals, colors, styles or whatever information is provided.
      I am not looking to schedule for you nor assist with any of the building process besides simply distributing information for your employees in a way that makes your busy schedule more manageable because you will not need to take the time to distribute the information yourself. Our primary communication will be through email or text messaging with very little verbal phone contact. If needed in person here and there(most likely only during the creating process). If you have a paper process I can come on a scheduled day each week and do a pick up.
      A little bit about me. I am the granddaughter of a Prescott based and successful Tile company, the daughter, and at one time employee, of a well respected Prescott trim carpenter, and a wife of a one time handyman, now building superintendent. I have been in the construction world all of my life and have a decent handle on the process of building a house with the determination to learn anything I am lacking. I am currently homeschooling a couple children with an online platform assisted by teachers, not self teaching just basically overseeing, managing schedules, cooking lunch and grading. In the beginning it was a challenge and was very time consuming, however, nearing the end of our second year I find myself much more organized and ahead of the children by half of a school year and not needed as much. The need for me will only lessen with each year and the commitment will last for at least another 5 years. I have filled my days with organizing every facet of our lives in spreadsheets and perfecting my organization of all information from school to home. I now maintain this information in far too little time and find myself searching for more to do. I am looking for work to do all hours of the day to keep myself busy and to add a little to our income. I feel at home in the construction world and look forward to being involved in it again.
